Deveronvale 3 v Clachnacuddin 3
Clachnacuddin kicked off the first half at Princess Royal Park and the first chance of the game came to Deveronvale’s new signing Stuart Leslie when he struck a shot but it hit the top of the net. Deveronvale had another chance minutes later once again from Leslie when he was through, but Clach keeper Macdonald saved Leslie’s shot with his legs.
Clach’s first chance of the game came to their number 10 David Watson when he struck a volley which went inches past Rhys Fyfe’s goal. The deadlock was broken when Deveronvale’s Stuart Leslie put a shot right through Aiden MacDonald’s legs and made it 1-0 Deveronvale.
10 minutes later Clach equalised when David MacLennan was clean through and put it past Rhys Fyfe. Clach went up 2-1 with the last kick of the ball in the first half when David Watson dinked the ball over Rhys Fyfe’s head.
Deveronvale kicked off the second half the first chance brought a goal when Deveronvale’s Sean Keith swung in a free kick and sub Kyle Rae stuck his head on the ball and scored to make it 2-2.
Clach hit straight back and scored to make it 3-2 when Daniel MacLennan scored his second goal. Deveronvale got the ball and took the centre and scored straight after when Michele Lombardi ran through and slotted the ball into the Clach goal to make it 3-3.
The last chance of the game came to Deveronvale’s Leslie when he was through but Aiden Macdonald made a great save.
