Breedon Highland League Cup First Round

Brora Rangers v Turriff United

Brora will look to bounce back quickly from their midweek defeat at Clach when Turriff visit Dudgeon Park. Gavin Morrison misses out through suspension for the home side. The winners of this tie face a trip to Keith in the Quarter-Finals.

Kris Hunter takes charge of his first match for Turriff since his return to The Haughs in midweek. The visitors suffered a blow this week when goalkeeper Kevin Main left to join Formartine United.

Cove Rangers v Rothes

Cove picked up their first silverware of the season when they beat Banks o' Dee in the Aberdeenshire Shield Final on Tuesday night. They'll be without Dean Lawrie and Eric Watson for the visit of Rothes to Harlaw Park.

Rothes remain without Blair MacDonald, Gary Kerr and James Mackay, while Chris Brown is doubtful and will face a late fitness test.

Forres Mechanics v Deveronvale

Forres take on Deveronvale for the second time in eight days and the home side will hope to repeat last weekend's league win. Callum Howarth is out through suspension, Martin Groat is unavailable and Lee Fraser out with a knee injury.

Vale bounced back well to win at Keith on Wednesday night to move up to tenth in the league table. The winners of tomorrow's cup tie will face either Cove or Rothes at home in the next round.

Strathspey Thistle v Huntly

Strathspey are in great form and continued that with victory at champions Buckie in midweek. Dominick Edwards is out with a hamstring injury and Nicholas Mochan is suspended. Adam MacLeod is fit again and returns to the squad.

Huntly will give late fitness tests to Martin Charlesworth and Gary McGowan who have calf injuries. Michael Clark and Matthew Macdonald are available after suspension and Blair Johnson also returns to the squad. Craig Reid remains out with a groin injury.

Highland League

Buckie Thistle v Inverurie Locos

Buckie are still without Sean Wood, Craig Cowie, Sam Urquhart, Kevin Fraser, Hamish Munro, Lewis Mckinnon, Craig Dorrat and Ryan Booth for the home clash with Locos. Shaun Caroll and Drew Copeland have also picked up injuries and Kai Ross is out with work commitments. Jay Cheyne and Stuart Taylor return from suspension and the club have signed 17-year-old midfielder Jack Murray on loan until the end of the season from Ross County

Locos hit a magnificent seven at local rivals Huntly in midweek and they will travel to Victoria Park without Neil Gauld and Kyle Gordon.

 Fraserburgh v Lossiemouth

Broch captain Ryan Christie is injured and misses the visit of Lossiemouth to Bellslea. The home side will hope to close the gap at the top with Cove in League Cup action.

James McLaren and Connor McCauley are both out injured for the visitors.

Keith v Nairn County

Keith take on Nairn County at Kynoch Park and they'll have Ryan Spinky available, while Kier Smith and Jason Thornton miss out through injury.

Jack McLean is a doubt for Nairn and Adam Naismith is unavailable. Inaki Fernandino-Soto is available again and returns to the squad.

Wick Academy v Clach

Wick are in good league form and will be looking for a win to close the gap on tomorrow's opponents Clach. Boss Tom McKenna is expecting to name the same line-up and squad that drew with Huntly last weekend.

Clach recorded a superb win over Brora in midweek and they'll travel north without John Campbell, David McGurk, Ryan Mackintosh, Andy Campbell, Ian Penwright and Martin Callum.
