Fort William travel to Coatbridge to take on League Two strugglers Albion Rovers. Boss Russell McMorran has a full squad to choose from.
Clach v Brora Rangers
It's an all-Highland League clash at Grant Street, where Clach meet Brora Rangers. James Beeston is the only absentee for the home side through suspension.
Goalkeeper Steve Martin and striker Jordan Macrae are out injured for Brora, while new signing from Forres Andrew Macrae is cup-tied.
Formartine Utd v Gala Fairydean
Formartine host Lowland League Gala Fairydean as they aim to reach the Third Round for the fifth season in a row.
Gala lie in 12th place in the Lowland League table, just six points off the bottom.
Rothes v Inverurie Locos
Another two Highland League sides meet at Mackessack Park, and Locos will be reeling following the departure of manager Neil Cooper yesterday.
Steven Anderson misses out for Rothes, while there will also be late fitness tests for Jamie Duff, Fraser Robertson and Dale Wood.
Stirling Albion v Strathspey Thistle
Strathspey travel south to take on League Two Stirling Albion, who sit bottom of their league table. The Grantown Jags' boss Gordon Nicolson has a full squad to choose from.
Fraserburgh v Keith
Willie West returns to the Fraserburgh squad for their home clash with Keith, leaving just their long term injury absentees out.
Adam Clark, Jamie Macallister, Stewart Hutcheon and David Dey are all unavailable for the visitors. Cammy Keith will have a late fitness test and Grant Thompson returns to the squad.
Huntly v Forres Mechanics
Huntly meet Forres at Christie Park, with the home side looking for just their second league win of the campaign.
Ryan Farquhar, Aaron Hamilton and Lee Fraser are unavailable for the visitors, they also have a doubt over Callum Howarth with a knee problem.
Lossiemouth v Deveronvale
Trevor Dear and Ross Elliott are unavailable for Lossiemouth and miss the visit of Deveronvale to Grant Park. Kevin Flett and Ryan Stuart are out injured, while Ally Bellingham, Scott Wilson and Jack MacArthur will have late fitness tests.
Nairn County v Wick Academy
Nairn face Wick at Station Park and boss Ronnie Sharp names the same squad who lost narrowly at league leaders Buckie last weekend.
Wick are without Marc Macgregor, Grant Steven, Alan Hughes and Gordon Clarke through injury.
