  • Saturday 8th October - Strathspey 1 Lossiemouth 2

Two goals either side of half-time ensured that it was a return to winning ways for Lossiemouth. A first-half strike from Shawn Scott and a second-half goal from Martin Charlesworth ended a run of three consecutive defeats.  It wasn’t all plain sailing for the Coasters though, as a late strike from Jags forward Nicholas Stein lead to a nervy finish for Charlie Charlesworth’s men.  Lossiemouth started the brighter of the two sides at Seafield Park, going close twice inside the opening 10 minutes. A Joao...

  • Saturday 27th August - Lossiemouth 1 Inverurie Locos 0

Lossiemouth's unbeaten start to the season continues after a narrow one-nil home win over Inverurie Locos. The goal came in the second half from Man of the Match Martin McMullan and Darren McConnachie kept his 4th clean sheet of the campaign. It was a battle of the Charlesworth's as Lossie boss Charlie watched his two sons Martin and Colin battle it out in opposing teams. Inverurie started the game off promisingly, passing the ball around well from defence through midfield, although nothing came...

Goals from Kevin Duguid, Shawn Scott, Ross Archibald and sub Ross Campbell wrapped up the victory for the Coasters. Despite Josh Race grabbing a goal for the visitors and a positive performance from Brian Grant’s side, this couldn’t stop the home side from getting all three points. Early in the first half,...

A hat-trick from Conor Gethins and goals from Sam Urquhart and Robbie Duncanson wrapped up a convincing victory for the away side. Ross Archibald getting on the scoresheet for Lossie couldn’t prevent the Wee County from getting all three points. The first real chance came for Les Fridge’s side when Urquhart cut inside from the right and fired in a shot...

  • Sat 5th Sept – Turriff 4-1 Lossiemouth

Turriff’s victory over Lossiemouth put them top of the table. However this was overshadowed by an injury to stand-in captain Stuart Cumming, who broke his leg and was taken away in the back of an ambulance. Cumming’s afternoon should have been great as he had the honour of having the armband due to Cameron Bowden getting injured in the warm-up. But this wasn’t the case. A double from Nicholas Gray and goal apiece from Gary McGowan and Craig MacAskill secured the win for the hosts, despite...
