Highland League Cup Final

Rothes v Buckie Thistle

Rothes and Buckie Thistle meet in the final of the Highland League Cup at Christie Park after excellent semi final victories over Formartine and Brora respectively. This will be the Speysiders first cup final in ten years and they will be without the unavailable Steven Anderson, Robert Donaldson, Ryan McRitchie and Aidan Wilson. Jack Brown and Allan Pollock are also doubtful and will face late fitness tests. Gregg Main and Paul Macleod are available and return to the squad, along with fit again former Aberdeen youngster Sean Linden.

Buckie have reached their first Highland League Cup final since 2014, when they lost to Clach on penalties. Hamish Munro is suspended for the Jags after his semi final red card at Brora, otherwise Buckie boss Graeme Stewart has a fully fit squad to choose from.
