Keith FC have announced the appointment of former Forres assistant boss Craig Ewen as their first team manager.
Keith Director of Football Michael Brown is pleased to get their main target:
“We are delighted to welcome Craig Ewen as the new manager of Keith FC on a three-year contract.
Craig was our number one candidate and we look forward to him leading the club into an exciting future.”
Craig Ewen said:
“It’s a great honour and privilege to be named the new manager at Keith. I’m very excited to get going with the job.
It’s been a tough start to the season, and I am well aware that the job will be a challenge, but it’s one I look forward to tackling head on.”
Inverurie Locos have announced they have regretfully accepted the resignation of manager Andy Low.
Low is said to have felt the pressures of such a high profile position were affecting his family life to such a degree that he could no longer continue in his post.
Chairman Mike Macaulay said:
"We are hugely disappointed that Andy has decided to resign so early in the season. He was a terrific young manager who, along with an experienced and committed backroom staff, put together a young and very talented team in a relatively short period of playing time.
We are extremely grateful for his huge contribution to the Club and I am sure the players will be as disappointed as we are that he is stopping, but family and health come first so we just have to accept his decision and move on. We wish Andy all the best for the future."
Steven Park, Richard Davidson and John Farquhar will take over team matters until a new manager is appointed.
